## GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Astrodua.com is an online platform offering astrological content, reports, and services through the internet, mobile applications, and other mediums. We provide both free and paid services. Access to free services does not require registration, but accessing personalized astrology services requires membership.

## REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
To register and use our services, you must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legal contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you confirm that all the information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. Misuse of services by minors or false registration will lead to account termination. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are liable for any actions taken under your account.

## ACCOUNT CREATION
You can create an account using your phone number or via social login (Google, Facebook, etc.). Users are required to maintain accurate registration data. Using another person’s account is prohibited.

## SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. In case of unauthorized use or a security breach, users must notify us immediately.

## THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Astrodua.com may direct you to third-party services. We do not monitor or control the content provided by third parties and cannot be held liable for any misuse of your personal information shared with third parties.

## PAYMENT SECURITY
We do not guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet, including payment details. Users should be aware of potential risks like hacking or theft.

## SERVICE RESTRICTIONS
Astrodua.com services cannot be used by individuals in jurisdictions that prohibit such use due to legal or religious reasons. Additionally, users are restricted to one active account per person.

## "CALL WITH ASTROLOGER" FEATURE
By using our telecommunication services with astrologers, you consent to receiving calls, even if your number is registered with DND services.

## WEBSITE CONTENT AND USER CONDUCT
All content on Astrodua.com is private property. Users must not post or transmit content that violates others’ rights or is unlawful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if such violations occur.

## MEDICAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER
The information provided through Astrodua.com should not be considered medical advice. Users must consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical issues. We do not guarantee any specific results from the services provided.

## LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Users agree that any claims or legal actions resulting from the use of Astrodua.com must be directed toward the individual responsible (e.g., service providers) and not the website itself.

For Service Providers, including Astrologers, your relationship with the Website is limited to membership, acting solely for your benefit. The Website may terminate and deactivate a service provider's profile for violations of the terms of use or service agreements.

### DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND
Refunds will not be issued for reports once the order reaches the "processing" stage (assigned to an Astrologer). The User assumes all risks and liabilities associated with placing orders hastily. 

Once an order is placed and executed, no refunds will be processed. If a User wishes to cancel an order before execution, they must contact customer care within one hour of payment. Refund issuance is at the Website's discretion.

Refunds will not be granted for technical delays or glitches during processing. The User acknowledges that all timelines are approximate and efforts will be made to adhere to them.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information provided by the User. Users should double-check their information before submission. Changes can be requested within one hour of service execution.

No refunds will be given for damaged products once delivered. Users accept responsibility for any damage incurred post-delivery. For "Cash on Delivery" orders, users will be charged for the product and any applicable shipping/custom charges if the product is returned.

Partial refunds may be considered for subscription activation delays or product damage in transit, subject to verification, and will be processed within ten business days.

Product display images are for reference only, and while the Website aims to deliver items in the condition shown, no refunds will be issued based on this.

Services and products sold are not meant to replace philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. The Website is not responsible for the reliability of astrological effects related to the gems sold. Users are advised to exercise discretion and understand that no refunds will be given based on these grounds.

No refunds will be processed for incorrect contact numbers used in the “Call with Astrologer” feature. Users must ensure their contact number is operational and respond to calls received.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting transaction charges by the bank and/or payment gateway, shipping costs, customs duties, or any other incurred charges.

If the Website or payment gateway experiences server issues like slowdowns or failures, Users should check their bank account before initiating a second payment. 

- If the account shows a debit, do not make a duplicate payment and contact customer care to confirm.
- If the account does not show a debit, Users may initiate a new transaction.

Refunds for multiple payments will be issued without deduction of transaction charges. The Website will retain only the cost of one intended order.

The Website reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for reasons such as service unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or other identified problems. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued for the amount paid.

By requesting a refund, the User agrees to allow Astrotalk's quality audit team access to chat/call recordings related to the consultation for eligibility assessment. Refunds will be considered based on consultant quality parameters and may take up to 72 hours to process into the User’s Astrotalk wallet.

**Note:** All refunds will be credited to the User's Astrotalk wallet. Refunds will only be processed in specific situations, including network issues during consultations or inappropriate responses from consultants. 

Astrotalk does not guarantee the accuracy of consultations. No physical products are shipped outside India, and Astromall products requiring delivery are only available within India.

### User Obligations

The User, including astrologers and member customers, is obligated to adhere to the Website's privacy policy, terms and conditions, and any other applicable terms. The User represents that they are an individual, not a corporation or other legal entity, and the right to use the Website’s services is personal to the User. While using the Website and participating in communication through forums or interacting with the products listed, the User must comply with the following obligations:

- **Prohibited Content**: The User must not post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory messages. Content that invades privacy, promotes racism, hatred, or harm against any individual, group, religion, or caste, or violates intellectual property rights is also prohibited. The User should refrain from uploading content that encourages illegal activities or conduct that could lead to civil liability.
  
- **Content Rights**: The User must not upload or post content that they do not have the legal right to share, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Content can only be shared in accordance with Fair Use guidelines.

- **Prohibited Activities**: The User must not:
  - Collect member information (e.g., screen names or email addresses) for unsolicited advertising or spam purposes.
  - Distribute viruses or any harmful software that could damage the Website or users' systems.
  - Engage in activities that interfere with the functionality of the Website or try to gain unauthorized access to the Website’s systems or data.
  - Send unsolicited emails, junk mail, or engage in any spam activity.
  - Resell or use the Website’s services for commercial purposes without express consent.
  - Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website’s content.

- **Legal Compliance**: The User must comply with all applicable laws, both within and outside India. Misuse of the Website may lead to termination of the User’s account without refund.

- **Reporting Misuse**: The User is obligated to report any misuse or abuse of the Website. If the Website receives such a report, it may investigate and, if necessary, terminate the membership of the violator. False complaints may also lead to termination.

- **Unreasonable Conduct**: The Website reserves the right to withdraw services from customers who engage in abusive or unreasonable behavior towards service providers (including astrologers), regardless of the reason.

- **Ban on Repeat Violations**: The Website reserves the right to issue written warnings for violations of these terms. Repeated violations may result in a total ban on the User's access to the platform. Any remaining balance in the User’s wallet will be refunded, minus applicable charges for violations.

### Bank Account Information

The User must provide correct and accurate banking details when required. The obligations regarding banking information are as follows:

- **Debit/Credit Card Use**: The User must ensure that the debit/credit card details provided are accurate and that they are authorized to use the card or account for transactions. The User is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available to complete transactions.

- **Payment Responsibility**: When initiating payment, the User must ensure that the card or bank account details provided are accurate, and that they are lawfully entitled to use those details for the transaction.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that closely aligns with the original intent, and the remainder of the terms will continue in effect.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT

The User acknowledges that the content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, and other materials featured in sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, along with commercially produced information provided by Mystic Healer Private Limited through astrodua.com, its suppliers, and advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other proprietary rights and laws. The User is prohibited from copying, using, reproducing, distributing, performing, displaying, or creating derivative works from the content unless explicitly authorized by astrodua.com, its suppliers, or advertisers.

Furthermore, content such as images, text, designs, etc., on all portals of the Website may be sourced from various online platforms, including Google Images. Mystic Healer Private Limited assumes no liability for the copyrights associated with any such content or data.

NOTICES

Except where otherwise stated in these Terms of Service, all notices to a party must be in writing and can be made via email or traditional postal mail. Notice is considered delivered 24 hours after an email is sent or 3 days after being deposited in the postal mail, addressed to the User at the contact details provided during registration and to astrodua.com at the address specified below
